Collekto is a fintech SaaS platform focused on retail debt collections, helping Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions make smarter collections decisions and drive better recovery outcomes through technology, analytics & AI.
We are building the next generation of AI-led collections infrastructure, bringing together borrower intelligence, allocation, communication, field collections, analytics and strategy orchestration into a unified platform. Our vision is to make collections more intelligent, adaptive and continuously optimised, enabling lenders to make better decisions across every stage of the recovery journey.
We spent years inside collections operations before we wrote a line of code. The platform is built around what we saw there: where control breaks down, where compliance slips, and where data goes missing between channels.
Born from deep, first-hand experience of the collections ecosystem, Collekto has evolved from a Collections-as-a-Service (CaaS) provider into a technology-led platform. Today, we are building towards a future where AI and collections intelligence become the core decision-making layer for lenders, transforming how collections are managed and optimised at scale.
Our journey
Our journey began in January 2019, offering on-ground tele calling, field, and litigation services to lending institutions. We transitioned into an aggregator model by partnering with collection agencies across India. That work, across telecalling, field and legal, and with agencies nationwide, showed us exactly where control, monitoring and compliance fail.
In 2022 we set out to build the platform that could fix it.
